The phone stitches while you keep moving
Finish a room, you’re back in the library. The sphere builds on-device as an 8K × 4K JPEG. Open it and drag, or flip on gyro and turn the phone.

Publish, save, or share the file
Tap Publish for an unlisted 360photo.app link. Save to Photos. Share the original JPEG. Unpublish later and the URL 404s — republish reuses the same address.

This is the current app, not a roadmap slide. If it is not on this list, do not count on it yet.
Guided photo sphere
Thirty targets: equator, upper, lower, zenith, nadir. Auto-shutter when the reticle settles. Undo the last shot. Finish early if you have to.
8K sphere on the phone
An 8K × 4K JPEG written on-device, tagged as a photosphere so other viewers can open it. No desktop export step.
Drag or gyro
In the app, drag the sphere or switch to gyro and turn the phone. On the published page, people drag and pinch — no app install.
Unlisted URL
One tap uploads the sphere. The page is unlisted, kept out of search, and shows a look count. Unpublish takes it down; publish again keeps the same URL.
Photos and Share sheet
Save the original file to Photos, or hand it to Messages, Mail, or Files. Facebook 360 needs that original JPEG, not a re-saved camera-roll copy.
The phone is the account
The app registers the device on first publish. There is no dashboard and no password yet — the live loop is capture to link.

Objections
Straight answers.
Is this Matterport?
No. Matterport builds a mesh dollhouse you walk through. We capture a spherical photo from one spot — the Street View / Photo Sphere ritual — and host a look-around page. Faster, cheaper, phone-only. Not a floorplan model.
Can I connect several rooms into one tour?
Not yet. Each published URL is one sphere from one standing spot. Shoot the living room, then the loft, as two links. If you need a clickable dollhouse, this is the wrong tool.
Will indoor rooms look clean?
Open rooms shot from the center look good. Tight hallways and shooting over a desk will ghost. Stand in the middle, keep the phone close to your face, do not walk. If you drift, the capture screen warns you — walking is what kills the stitch.
Do viewers need an app?
No. The link is a webpage. Phone or laptop. Drag to look, pinch to zoom. Unlisted and kept out of search by default.
Do I get dwell time and a dashboard?
Not yet. Each page increments a look count. We are not tracking time-on-page or showing an analytics screen in this beta.
Can I take a link down?
Yes. Unpublish from the sphere in the app. Anyone with the old URL gets a 404. Publish again and it comes back on the same URL.
