For Airbnb and VRBO hosts

Let guests look around before they book.

Twelve stills do not show how the loft sits over the kitchen. Stand in the room, follow the orange dots, publish a link, and paste it in the listing. Guests drag. You stop answering “how’s the light?”

iPhone 11 or later. One room per link. Start with the space that sells the stay.

The problem

Guests book a feeling. Stills hide the room.

The loft looked huge in the photo. The kitchen felt dark. You spend the week before check-in answering the same three questions — or you eat a “not as pictured” review you cannot talk back to.

A Matterport scan is a $300–$400 appointment for a cabin you already know. 360 Photo is you, standing in the living room, on the phone you have. Guests get a look-around page. You get a look count.

How hosts use it

One hero room. Maybe two. Not a dollhouse.

1

Shoot the room that sells the stay

Great room, loft, kitchen with the view. Stand in the center. Follow the dots. Do not walk. Tight hallways will ghost — skip them.

2

Publish while you’re still on the property

The phone stitches an 8K sphere. Tap Publish. You get an unlisted URL. Unpublish in the off-season; the same link comes back when you list again.

3

Paste it where guests already read

Listing description, house manual, a text after they inquire. They open a webpage and drag. No extra app. You see how many looks it got.

If you need guests to click from bedroom to bathroom in one tour, wait. This is a photosphere, not a connected property model.

Objections

Straight answers.

Will Airbnb or VRBO take the link?

You get a URL. Put it in the listing description, the house manual, or a message to inquiring guests. We do not push into Airbnb for you.

Do I need a sphere of every room?

No. Shoot the space that makes people book. Add a second link if the kitchen or loft is the pitch. Each URL is one standing spot.

Will this stop “not as pictured” reviews?

It sets the room honestly — size, light, how the loft sits. It will not fix a dirty cabin or a surprise pull-out couch. It is a look-around, not a guarantee.

Do guests need an app?

No. Phone or laptop. Drag to look, pinch to zoom. The page is unlisted unless you broadcast the URL.

What about Facebook 360?

Send our link. If you upload a file, share the original JPEG from the app — Facebook often strips 360 metadata from a re-saved Photos copy.
